  There are some books on Amazon I thought about ordering by an author named R. Ewart Oakeshott who seems to have a plethora of writing on the subject. Other than that, get a book on fencing or go hang at a Ren Faire and see what you can find out from the fencers there.

  Ask on the SCA tribe. There are historical swordsmanship manuals in publication that you can read.
